AI Task Solver
From ticket to closure, operations with AI
A workspace where an infrastructure team resolves Jira tasks by talking to an AI agent. The agent reads the task, inspects AWS read-only, works out the cost impact and reports back with evidence. Recurring work becomes a skill.

Why we built it
Much of an infrastructure team's work repeats: read the request, check AWS, work out the cost, write the comment, log it, close the task. Each step is small, but together they take hours and invite mistakes. AI Task Solver hands that chain to an agent and waits for human approval at every critical step.
Features
Solve by conversation
You give the task key; the agent reads the request, investigates and proposes a plan.
Read-only audit
Pre-deletion checks on usage, disks, DNS and dependencies, with the savings formula shown.
Approval gates
Before any comment, status change, deletion or shutdown, the agent shows the text and waits for explicit approval.
Jira closure flow
Comment, worklog and staged status transitions, each verified by reading it back.
Savings ledger
Realised savings are appended to an Excel ledger after a backup is taken.
Work that becomes skills
When the same job comes back, the steps proven by hand are packaged as a skill.
Life of a task
Read
The Jira task and its history are read.
Investigate
Read-only AWS queries run; cost and risk are worked out.
Approve
The plan and wording are shown and a human approves.
Apply and verify
The change is made and verified by reading it back.
Close and log
Comment, worklog, closure and the savings entry.
Privacy and safety
- Access keys and tokens are never read or written by the agent
- In production accounts only describe, get and list run without explicit instruction
- Nothing unverified is reported as done
